Hotel bol krasny, velky, izby upratane, jedlo vynikajuce, personal mily a prijemny.
jedna negativna skusenost- na kupone bol v ramci vyhod, neobmädzeny vstup do wellnes, co bol aj dôvod preco som si vybrala tento hotel. Po prichode do hotela, mi bolo oznamene, ze wellnes je mimo prevadzky. O com som nebola zo strany Zlavomat-u informovana.
Hotel bol zvonku velmi pekny. Prostredie krasne s nadhernym vyhladom na Tatry. Personal bol ochotny vo vsetkych ohladoch.
Neboli sme spokojni so stravou. Z trojchodovej podavanej vecere bol nakoniec bufetovy stol s vyberom z dvoch jedal. Tepla voda v sprche sla tak 3–4 minuty po pusteni vody. Mensi wellnes obsahuje bazen a virivku avsak na malom priestore, takze sa tam zmestili uz len styri lehatka.

Therefore, we do not understand incompatible information. Hot water was available 24 / h. You had a room on the upper floor, so you had to wait a while for the first release of water. The wellness zone is reflected in the pictures of the offer. Four loungers are located directly at the jaccuzia, while the others are also located at the pool and outside.
Despite these reservations, we are pleased that our staff could contribute to making your stay more pleasant.

Describing us on all portals and issuing a greatly false opinion, we remind you that you didn't make a confirmed booking of a room with a double bed, which was already informed by Mrs. Zlavomat. At the time of full occupancy, despite our willingness, we didn't have the opportunity to change the room. The room was warm, and complaints on other websites that the room was 2C in May are untrue. The rooms have a temperature of 22C. Attempts to refund costs only due to two single beds (which you didn't report until the appearance of night time at the facility) aren't a reason to complain and display unfair and false opinions. Requests and wishes should be made at the time of booking, and not be refunded unduly.
