Termínový variant: Zakúpením voucheru vykonáte zároveň záväznú rezerváciu. (Nie je potrebné sa informovať v hoteli o dostupnosti. Pre definitívnu platnosť vašej rezervácie je potrebné voucher uhradiť). V prípade, že budete potrebovať izbu s prístelkou, overte si jej dostupnosť telefonicky či e‑mailom pred zakúpením voucheru.
V prípade, že na Vami vybranom termíne pobytu nebude z kapacitných dôvodov hotela možné ubytovať sa, môžete si zakúpiť otvorený voucher a doplatiť si za izbu vyššieho štandardu po dohode s recepciou.
Recepciu treba zároveň vopred informovať, pokiaľ sa na pobyt chystáte so svojim domácim miláčikom.
Rezerváciu môžete 7 dní pred začiatkom pobytu bezplatne zmeniť. Zmenu termínu je možné vykonať iba raz, a to cez zákaznícke rozhranie v "Moje nákupy". Pokiaľ je cena za nový termín pobytu vyššia, je potrebné cenový rozdiel doplatiť.
V prípade zmeny rezervácie menej než 7 dní pred začiatkom pobytu, alebo v prípade, že sa na pobyt nedostavíte, voucher prepadá v plnej výške bez nároku na refundáciu.
Pobyt s už rezervovaným termínom nie je možné stornovať ani refundovať.
Pobyty bez termínu môžete v rámci zákonnej 14-dňovej lehoty stornovať alebo po skončení platnosti voucheru refundovať podľa platných pravidiel.

Hi i would be interested to stay in your hotel with two kids. One adult and
two kids in age of 8 and 11. Would be possible to stay in one room with two
beds. I meant we are pretty comfortable sleep 3 of us in one bigger bed. From
our experience.
