Redeeming a voucher in the Partner Interface

In the "Vouchers" tab, you can redeem the voucher immediately (if the customer has used the voucher), or create a reservation (if the customer books an appointment with you in advance) and the voucher will be redeemed automatically on the day of booking.

Now you can also redeem the voucher via QR code on your laptop, on your mobile phone (you can find how to do it here, in the Settings for phones section), on your tablet, simply wherever there is a camera. If it is not active, the system will alert you when you click on the link.

Redeeming the voucher in the partner mobile app

Verification of the voucher is done by scanning the QR code from the voucher or by overwriting the numeric code. If the verification is successful, you can either redeem the voucher in the app immediately or make a reservation.
