For your product offers, we now have a new feature – the ability to edit the number of items.
Let's see how to do it:
In the "Actions" tab, all your actions are clearly displayed.
To edit the number of items for a given action, click the "Edit capacities" button. After clicking this button, a list of all your active actions will appear.
To display individual variants of a given action, click the "Show capacities" link, which you will find on the right side of the bar in the action detail.
Ending a variant: (Applies only to goods.)
- Check the "End sale" box on the relevant variant
After making any changes, you need to click the "Save" button.
As soon as the changes are successfully saved, you will see this message:
Increasing the number of items in a variant:
- Select the variant in which you want to increase the number of items.
- For the selected variant, expand the "dropdown menu" and enter the required number of items to be available
- When entering the required number of items, always add to the current state
If you want to enter your own total number of items that is not listed in the "dropdown menu", simply click on the "Custom" option and enter the desired value.
After making any changes, you need to click the "Save" button.
As soon as the changes are successfully saved, a confirmation message will appear.
Decreasing the number of items in a variant: (Applies only to goods.)
- Select the variant for which you want to decrease the number of items.
- For the selected variant, expand the "dropdown menu" and enter the required total number of items to be available.
- The number of items cannot be reduced below the reserved quantity.
If you want to enter your own total number of items that is not listed in the "dropdown menu", simply click on the "Custom" option and enter the desired value.
After making any changes, you need to click the "Save" button.
As soon as the changes are successfully saved, a confirmation message will appear.
Partners with their own voucher codes do not have this option yet.
