We now have a new function for your product offers – the ability to edit the number of pieces.
Let's show you how:
In the "Actions" tab you have all your actions clearly displayed.
To adjust the number of pieces for a given action, click on the "Edit capacity" button. After clicking this button, you will see a list of all your active actions.
To display the individual variants of the given action, click on the link "Show capacities", which can be found on the right side of the bar in the action details.
Termination of variant:
- Check the box "End sale" on the relevant variant
After making any changes, click the "Save" button.
Once the changes have been successfully saved, you will see this message:
Increase in the number of pieces per variant:
- Choose the variant on which you want to increase the number of pieces.
- For the selected variant, expand the "roll-down menu" and enter the required number of pieces that should be available
- When entering the required number of pieces, always add to the current status
If you want to enter your own total number of pieces, which is not listed in the "drop-down menu", just click on the "Custom" option and write the required value.
After making any changes, click the "Save" button.
Once the changes have been successfully saved, you will see a confirmation message.
Reduction of the number of pieces in the variant:
- Select the variant for which you want to reduce the number of pieces.
- For the selected variant, expand the "roll-down menu" and enter the desired total number of pieces that should be available.
- The number of pieces cannot be reduced below the reserved quantity.
If you want to enter your own total number of pieces, which is not listed in the "drop-down menu", just click on the "Custom" option and write the desired value.
After making any changes, click the "Save" button.
Once the changes have been successfully saved, you will see a confirmation message.
