What is Reservio?
- Reservio is an online booking system that allows you to easily manage reservations from one place. Customers can book themselves available dates through your website, Zlavovamat and other channels, so you always have a clear calendar of availability.

Who should I contact to start cooperation and how does it work?
- If you already use sales options through both Zľavomat and Reservio, but you do not have these products linked, please contact your Zľavomat sales representative.
- If you are not using Reservio yet, but the offer interests you, write to support@reservio.com .

How is the connection made?
- Partner and channel (Zlavovamat) agree to cooperate and connect via Reservio
- The partner sends the link ID to their sales representative.
- The channel (Zlavomat) will perform the mapping on its side using the link ID.
- Then the Discount Machine or the sales representative directly informs the partner that the connection is complete.
- The partner verifies that the bookings and availability data are syncing correctly. If so, the link is successful.

Cancellation must be made in both the Zľavomat system and the Reservio system ( cancellation should always be made in both ). Direct the customer to customer support (podpora@slevomat.cz, tel. 222 745 354), or PARTNER will send information about the voucher cancellation directly to termin@slevomat.cz. We will then take care of everything. Under no circumstances should you delete the reservation from the system. As soon as we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email. Then cancel the reservation in Reservio as well. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking the cancellation in both systems.
2) The customer wants to change the service date If a customer contacts you with a request to change the date, you can agree with them and adjust the date directly in Termino or Reservio system (ideally, the change should be made in the system where the original reservation was created, otherwise it may take longer to be overwritten). The change should automatically synchronize with the other system within 1 hour, and you can then check it. The customer can also change the reservation once in their account.
3) If you need to decline a booking If for some reason you cannot accept the reservation (e.g. an unexpected schedule change that you did not have time to enter into the system), it is necessary to resolve the matter with our Partner Support . Contact termin@slevomat.cz and describe the situation. An unaccepted (rejected or unanswered) reservation without notification from Partner Support is considered valid and the customer counts on it.
4) The customer wants to change the type of service If the customer wishes to change the type of service (e.g. another procedure or package), it is necessary to contact customer support. Redirect the customer to email podpora@slevomat.cz or phone number 222 745 354. Alternatively, you can send information about the requested change yourself to termin@slevomat.cz. We will then take care of everything necessary – we will cancel the original voucher and issue the customer a new one for the selected service. Please do not delete the reservation from the system under any circumstances. After canceling the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email and then cancel the reservation in Reservio as well.
5) What to do when you receive an email about a new booking/change/cancellation?
The email is for informational purposes only and confirms the change that Zlavovamat made in the Termino system. For complete certainty, we recommend verifying the change directly in Reservio. |
