We have news for you – the service packages feature. Thanks to it, you can easily create attractive combinations of your services (e.g. massage + manicure + pedicure), which customers can easily book online. You can offer packages via Slevomat, or through an external link directly on your website.
This feature is intended for anyone who can combine individual services into attractive combinations. In order to create such a package, you need to set up the individual services you want to offer to customers in the booking system in advance.
You already have services in TERMINO and you are working with them. Now we will show you how to create a service package.
SERVICE PACKAGE AND ITS SETTINGS

You can find the feature in the top left panel in the SERVICES section. SERVICE PACKAGE SETTINGS
Click on SERVICES and then on the plus (+) icon in the blue circle.

After clicking on the service package, a settings window will open where you can select the specific services you want to include in the desired package.

If it is necessary to change the booking date by agreement with the customer, simply adjust the date and time directly in the package booking. |

SERVICE PACKAGE ON SLEVOMAT
If you prepare the deals on Slevomat yourself, you can select the service package in the variant content and all information will be filled in automatically. If you want to offer a service package on Slevomat, you need to contact your sales representative.
If you offer a larger number of services, creating packages allows you to expand your portfolio with more attractive offers. Setting up service packages is more appealing to customers because it eliminates the need to arrange appointments for multiple services. Everything is done in just a few clicks.
It will make your organization easier, you won't have to deal with so many phone calls and emails, and you'll have more time for your customers. All information about the purchased booking will be sent to you by email and you will also receive a notification via SMS (if you have it set up in the booking system).
