Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist
We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist to find and select the best talent within the Slovakia (and EMEA) market.
You will be working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and a wider Talent Acquisition Team for Secret Escapes Group, and hiring teams to determine selection criteria and will be responsible for direct sourcing using online channels and platforms and the overall candidate management, as well as the employer branding for the brands
Aim of our Recruitment and Employer Brandidng Specialist (known internally as Talent Acquisition Specialist)
You will be supporting Slevomat Group and when required, the wider Secret Escapes Group, in proactively sourcing and screening candidates, and keeping candidates engaged in our recruitment process. We want all candidates to receive excellent candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of their application, providing feedback at all stages of their journey.

To be successful in this role, you will have…
- You will have a recruitment and EB background within the Slovak market
- Excellent candidate service and care about the candidate journey
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all employees including Senior Stakeholders
- Be able to use your networks and tools to proactively source candidates
- Strong business acumen and the ability to keep in mind the impact of any action on Secret Escapes Group
- You’re passionate about recruitment, and are happy to speak to candidates from a multitude of disciplines
- Be able to multitask and keep on top of tasks
- Happy to take on new and exciting projects to help keep our Talent Team best in class
And you are someone with:
- Fluency in Slovak and English
- Direct sourcing background with a good knowledge of direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn as well as attraction strategies in the Slovak/Czech market.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A can do attitude with a proactive and resourceful outlook
- The ability to think outside the box to attract talent into niche roles
Things you should know
This role will be based in our Bratislava office, where colleagues split their time from working in the office 3 days per week and working from home.
You will be a part of an international team working across Slovakia, Czechia, UK, Germany and Poland.
