Notifications in the partner interface
At this time in the partner interface, you will see numeric notifications in the individual sections to alert you to a new billing, document request, customer review or query in the menu.
You may see red notifications, which will be displayed here until you take the requested action, or yellow notifications, which will disappear on their own once the news item is displayed.
Change filters in bookings
In the partner interface we have redesigned the filter in bookings. Now you can sort your bookings not only on desktop, but also on mobile from newest to oldest.

Change in the display of operations in action
We have changed the way individual establishments are displayed in the details of individual actions in the "Places of redemption" section. We hope that the new way will be clearer for you.
Info about Termino directly in the promotions overview – Local
We have another enhancement for partners who have a local event linked to Termino
In the partner interface, we are displaying the new linking information directly in the action overview.
Modify column names in the booking export
In the booking export we have edited the column names from the guest contacts. For the sake of clarity, it indicates that this is information about the guest to whom the booking is written. We have thus replaced the label "customer". This is to avoid misunderstandings that could have caused a difference in the buyer and the person coming.
Translation of notes in reservations
We have now added the possibility to translate also customer notes in individual bookings.

Extension of the Single Payment Overview
We have added columns to the Individual Payment Overview that you can already find in the Cleared Voucher Overview:
- Commission with VAT
- Commission without VAT
- Amount paid to partner
A brand new column is the Voucher Settlement Date.
In case of voucher cancellation, these 4 columns remain blank.
Automatic translation in Questions and Customer Reviews
In the partner interface of partners who do not have Slovak set as the communication language in the Partner Profile, a new feature has been added: Show translation in Questions and Ratings into the selected language.
Additionally, you can reply in your native language and everything will be translated into Slovak anyway.
r. 2023:
New way of calculating assessments
A new way of calculating ratings has been introduced for you and we have started to display the rating detail in the partner interface = the background data we have been collecting from customers for the last 2 years.
The ratings detail that you have been seeing since the beginning of the year in the interface will now also be displayed on the website under the name"Detailed ratings" .
