In the partner interface, you will find all the information you need in one place. There are overviews of individual events. You can redeem vouchers, make bookings, download billing documents, track merchandise orders, answer questions and reviews, get a simple mobile app to redeem vouchers, and you can set up a number of other things.
To make the interface easier to work with, we've put together this article to help you find your way around and get a basic orientation.
Action
In the Actions tab you can see an overview of all actions (active and rejected), the status of the sale and also the option to create a new action.
After opening a specific action you will get even more information about purchases, duration of the action or voucher validity, you can sign or download a contract (contract addendum) or view a preview of the voucher.
Vouchers
Vouchers are only available to customers who have already paid. Each voucher has its own validity period and thus the period during which it can be used. The possibility to use the voucher must be provided until the end of its validity. The Vouchers section is primarily used to apply vouchers to customers who use them with you.
Booking
In the Reservation tab, you can easily create a reservation for the customer for a date on his voucher or filter and download an overview of the already created reservations. Outside of this tab in the interface, there is also the possibility to use our booking system Termino to make reservations, or in the case of hotels, there is also the possibility to connect to another booking system.
Ordering goods
In the Orders tab we display complete information including the delivery address for each order. This eliminates complicated communication via e‑mail. You can filter the orders in various ways and then export the overview to the selected file type.
Billing
Important information regarding finances can be found under the Settlement tab. Here you can download the share statements and commission invoices for the given period and check the amounts sent to your account.
Questions
The Questions section is used for customers to ask additional questions during the display period of the event. So please follow this section and answer the questions that are directed to you.
Rating
Customers can rate your offer from one to five stars (five being the best) after using their voucher.
We never delete ratings. They are very important for future customers, whom they can help to make a choice. Statistics clearly show that customers are most interested in the offer with the best rating. You can respond to customer reviews with a verbal comment. Customers must always insert a verbal comment when they have a rating of 3 stars or less.
The details of the ratings that you see from the beginning of 2023 in the interface will also be displayed on the website under the name"Detailed rating".
Simple interface
The simple interface is primarily used to redeem vouchers from customers. Its great advantage is that you can open it on any device where you don't even need to be logged in. Just copy the URL address of the page in question. This way, you can give the link to, for example, an attendant so that she can quickly claim vouchers from incoming customers on her mobile phone.
Setting up
Shipping on orders
If you offer goods with us, you can set weight intervals in the interface. For new actions you can set the intervals and the new prices in them directly at the beginning of the action creation.
If you need to edit a running action, or for multiple actions at once, you can set the intervals in the new Transport tab – here you can find everything clearly in one place.
Running actions have special conditions. While with concepts you can set intervals and change prices, with running actions you can set the interval but you cannot adjust the price.
Users of
In the Users section, you can edit the rights of individual users, as well as cancel them. You can set different rights for individual users.
Access to the interface is divided according to functions:
- Redeeming vouchers - you can create a reservation and verify and redeem a voucher without logging in.
- Booking - to view, create and modify reservations.
- Orders - for order administration.
- Billing - for your accountants. Only the Billing section is displayed.
- Discussion - ideal for reception or staff looking after operations.
- Actions and account administration - in addition to the above functions in the interface you can also issue actions, display statistics and ratings. this access is given to the managing director or operations manager.
Instructions for operating multiple accounts
Do you have multiple offers with us and each of them is for a company with a different company ID?
If you have set up a single email for all companies to log in, you can easily click between companies in the top right corner after logging into the partner interface.
Contract documents
In this section you will find an overview of all contractual documents related to our cooperation, including the framework agreement and the power of attorney.
System settings
In this section, you can change your access password, modify the settings about notifications or set up some issues regarding orders of Goods (including API).
