Vouchers are only available to customers who have already paid.
Each voucher has its own validity and therefore the period until which it can be used. Accommodation and capacity must be provided until the end of the voucher's validity.
Voucher types:
- Voucher on mobile: numeric code on the mobile phone display – as an SMS, in a mobile application or otherwise noted
- Only the voucher code written down (for example, on paper)
- Printed voucher
- QR code (printed on vouchers or in the partner mobile application)
You always redeem vouchers in these ways in your interface at zlavomat.sk/partner or in the partner application.
It always depends on the customer in what form they bring the voucher.
Never redeem vouchers before the customer arrives, for example during a telephone reservation. Only redeem the voucher once the customer is on site and receiving the service.
If you express interest in entering the location when applying the voucher, this information will also be recorded in the accounting documents. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate the success of the application in your individual locations. You can find this information in the reports in your interface, in the Billing section.
If we enable the operation entry, when you enter the code or scan the voucher, you will be offered the operation that is listed directly for the event. If you have already selected the operation, it will be offered to you as pre-selected.
Redeeming a voucher in the Partner Interface
In the "Vouchers" tab, you can redeem the voucher immediately (if the customer has used the voucher), or create a reservation (if the customer books an appointment with you in advance) and the voucher will be redeemed automatically on the day of the reservation.
You can now redeem your voucher via QR code on your laptop, mobile phone (you can find out how to do this here , in the Phone Settings section), tablet, or anywhere else where there is a camera. If it is not active, the system will notify you after clicking on the link.
Voucher redemption in the partner mobile application
The voucher is verified by scanning the QR code from the voucher or by typing in the numeric code. If the verification is successful, you can either redeem the voucher immediately or create a reservation in the app.
