Join us as Head of Revenue Operations & Insights and become a key figure who will directly impact our business results. You'll be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling our business processes, managing our CRM strategy, and ensuring our sales team has the best tools and skills to achieve success.
What will be your main mission?
- You'll set up and optimize key business processes across all teams to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.
- You'll lead the complete CRM strategy, from implementing new functionalities to integrating with other systems and ensuring maximum user satisfaction and adoption.
- You'll co-create and manage sales targets, regularly monitoring sales team performance so everyone knows what to do and how they're doing.
- You'll design and lead training sessions for sales teams focused on the effective use of tools and processes. We want our salespeople to be experts!
- You'll implement automations and tools for efficient and clear reporting, because we believe in data and simplicity.
- You'll ensure the development of sales skills through training, mentoring, and sharing best practices – we want to grow and evolve.
- You'll proactively identify opportunities to improve sales performance and propose strategic initiatives based on data analysis and team feedback.
What does your typical day look like?
- You'll be mapping, modeling, and refining business processes in collaboration with RevOps leaders.
- You'll set up and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for sales teams and management.
- You'll closely collaborate with the data, IT, and product teams on tool integration and optimization.
- You'll actively monitor the CRM pipeline, data quality levels, and user discipline.
- You'll lead internal workshops, training, and enablement programs focused on growing sales competencies.
- You'll ensure alignment between strategic business goals and the daily functioning of sales tools.
- You'll conduct regular audits of business processes and identify bottlenecks.
- You'll create detailed user manuals and training materials for CRM and other tools.
- You'll analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and prepare recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- You'll manage projects related to the implementation of new RevOps tools and processes
What do we want to achieve together?
- Implement and support DATA-DRIVEN RevOps in line with the project plan, meaning 100% adoption of CRM and reporting tools in accordance with defined processes.
- Shorten the sales cycle by 50% by the end of H1/2026.
- Establish unified sales performance reporting for all key stakeholders by Q4/2025.
What should you have and know?
Hard skills:
- Deep knowledge of business and operational processes and their optimization.
- Proven experience with implementing and managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and BI tools, including configuration, customization, and reporting setup.
- Knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools, and automations (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Zapier).
- Experience with enablement programs and leading cross-functional projects.
Soft skills:
