1. The customer requests cancellation of the reservation
Cancellation can only be made by the Zlávomat. Please direct the customer to our customer support (podpora@zlavomat.sk, phone no.: +421 232 117 321 ) or send information about voucher cancellation directly to the email podpora@zlavomat.sk. We will take care of everything. Please do not delete the reservation from the system under any circumstances. As soon as we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. The customer wants to change the date of stay
If the customer contacts you and wants to change the date, immediately agree on a new date with him. As soon as the change is complete, you will receive an e‑mail in which the change to the original order and the new reservation for the given date will be indicated. Everything is automatically updated in Better Hotel .
3. The customer wants to change the room type
When the customer wants to change the type of room, you make the change yourself in Better Hotel .
4. What should I do when I receive an email about a new reservation/exchange/cancellation?
The e‑mail is only information for you and is sent as a confirmation of the change that Zľavomat made in your system. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking its execution directly at Better Hotel .
5. What should I do if I receive an order by e‑mail, but I don't see it in Better Hotel ?
Please sort your orders in Better Hotel according to the date of creation and send us a screenshot to the e‑mail podpora@zlavomat.sk. We will check everything and get back to you.
6. What does it mean when I receive empty orders at Better Hotel ?
These are orders that customers have so far only placed in the basket and have not yet paid for them – we keep them in the basket like this for about an hour. These reservations are marked as "temporarily unconfirmed reservation from Zlávomat". You don't have to do anything with them, as soon as the customer pays the voucher, the reservation is entered into the system. If the customer does not pay for the order, the reservation will disappear from the system.
If you have such an order in the system for more than an hour, please write to us at podpora@zlavomat.sk and we will check the reservation.
It is technically impossible for a customer to make an online reservation for a stay at Zľavomat if he has not paid it in full. The voucher number will be generated for the client only after the full amount has been paid.
