What is Bookolo ?
The Bookolo system is a comprehensive solution offering modern online products designed for direct sales of hotel capacities (such as Channel Manager or Booking Engine) with clear, intuitive administration for managing accommodation capacities and setting prices.
The Bookolo team has been operating in the hospitality industry for several years and, thanks to their experience, is able to set up Bookolo products for each client in a way that best utilizes the online potential of hotel websites and maximizes online revenues.
Who should I contact to start cooperation?
Connecting your accommodation facility to Zlavovamat must be agreed with your sales representative. To complete the connection of your system to Zlavovamat, we need to obtain your hotel ID in the Bookolo system.
If you are already using BOOKOLO as a hotelier, just find the Hotel Settings section in the system. Open Settings in the top bar, then click on the System field (first from the top) and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find your hotel ID, which you will tell the sales representative when negotiating the event. At the same time, please inform Bookolo by e‑mail support@bookolosystem.com and the connection will be prepared for you in the Bookolo system extranet.
The link is successfully completed when we enter your ID into our system. We will of course inform you about this.

Frequently asked questions:
1. The customer requests a cancellation of the reservation
Direct it to our Zlavomat customer service department, tel.: tel.: +421 232 117 321 . Alternatively, send a cancellation request with the voucher number to the e‑mail podpora@zlavomat.sk and we will take care of the cancellation. Cancellation is not possible from the accommodation facility. Please do not delete the reservation under any circumstances, after cancellation in our system you will receive a confirmation e‑mail and the reservation will automatically disappear from the system.
2. The customer wants to change the date of stay
If a customer contacts you and wants to change the date, you can immediately agree on a new date with them. After making the change, please inform us by e‑mail podpora@zlavomat.sk so that we can adjust the new date in our system. Unfortunately, the change is not automatically transferred to us.
3. Customer wants to change room type
When a customer wants to change the room type, you can do the change yourself in Bookolo . There is no need to inform us about the room change.
4. What should I do when I receive an email about a new booking/change/cancellation?
The email is for your information only and is sent as confirmation of the change that Zlavovamat has made to your system. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking its implementation directly in Bookolo .
5. What should I do if I receive an order by email but don't see it in Bookolo ?
Please sort your orders in Bookolo by creation date and send us a screenshot to support@zlavomat.sk. We will check everything and get back to you.
