What is Profitroom ?
Profitroom reservation system offers you several options for connecting both to your current reservation systems and to other online reservation channels. From one place, using Profitroom , you manage availability and reservations from your website, but also in other places where you sell your services (eg Zľavomat, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and others), without having to enter them anywhere multiple times. This will save you a lot of time.
Advantages of using Profitroom Channel Manager:

- You manage payment, deposit and credit card data in accordance with the highest security standards.

Only the prices of the packages are specific - you set them with your sales representative on the Zľavomat pages and they are adjusted directly in your profile on Zľavomat. For this reason, they are not governed by the changes you make in the Channel Manager. For other sales channels, you will manage the prices via the Channel Manager.
In order to fully use the functions and possibilities Profitroom , you must have an active Channel Manager product.
Who should I contact to start cooperation and how does it work?
If you already use the sales options through Zľavomat and Channel Manager Profitroom , but you do not have both products connected, contact your sales representative of Zľavomat or the contact person for Profitroom .

Other options that Profitroom offers you are Booking Engine, CRM, WebAssitant, websites, marketing services and it is up to you whether you use them.

It is essential that the data on the rooms in the table correspond to the categorization of the rooms in the Profitroom system. All room types should be set the same in all systems to ensure synchronization that is always 1:1.

Frequently asked questions:
1. The customer requests cancellation of the reservation
Cancellation can only be made by the Zlávomat. Direct the customer to our customer support (podpora@zlavomat.sk, phone no.: +421 232 117 321) or send information about voucher cancellation directly to the e‑mail podpora@zlavomat.sk. We will take care of everything. Please do not delete the reservation under any circumstances. As soon as we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. The customer wants to change the date of stay
If the customer contacts you and wants to change the date, agree on a new date with him. After making the change, please inform us by e‑mail at podpora@zlavomat.sk so that we can also adjust the new date in our system. Unfortunately, the change is not automatically transferred to us.
3. The customer wants to change the room type
When a customer requests a change of room type, you make the change yourself in the Profitroom system.
4. What to do when I receive an email about a new reservation/change/cancellation?
The e‑mail serves as information for you and is sent as a confirmation of the change Zľavomat made in your system. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking the execution directly in the Profitroom system.
5. What should I do if I receive an order by e‑mail, but I do not see it in Profitroom ?
Please sort your orders in the Profitroom system according to the date of creation and send us a screenshot to the e‑mail support@zlavomat.sk. We will check everything and get back to you.
